Our Guiding Principles and Core Values
We prefer to work with organizations that have missions with which we have experience and endorse.
We prefer to work with nonprofits with a history mission, but we make exceptions when there is a compelling case.
We make our commitments regardless of the size or prestige of a prospective client.
We accept assignments only if we can give the client our full attention.
We do our best to determine exactly what our clients expect from the firm and what we are to deliver to them.
We are all in – once a decision is made – and we will stay with the client for some matters even after the term of our contract has ended.
We are always candid with our clients.
We do not tell our clients what to do. Our job is to share differing views, ask questions, suggest best practices, counsel, and encourage results that are attainable, measurable and sustainable.
We do not take sides when certain issues divide an organization. Instead, we attempt to analyze the situation dispassionately and suggest solutions that are fair to all concerned.
We believe in punctuality, integrity, inclusivity, simplicity, and transparency.
